Меня зовут Ма Прем Джая, можно просто Джая. Это мое саньясинское имя, с 2006 года я практикую и провожу динамические медитации Ошо. В процессе поиска себя настоящей я познакомилась с чудесными инструментами для самопознания и практикую их, наблюдая, как меняюсь я и в результате – все вокруг. Это практика Рейки, и с 2011 года я Мастер этой практики в традиционной линии; это корпус Глубинных практик, с 2011 года я Мастер Глубинного Касания и инструктор малых глубинок: волны, гимнастики, звука, дыхания, ступенчатого танца.
В этом блоге я буду делиться с вами своим опытом в этих практиках, поэтому присоединяйтесь, если вас интересуют вопросы самопознания, здоровья и приобретения гармонии и счастья. А также вы можете прийти на занятия и попробовать все на себе! 🙂
