На этих выходных у нас проходил кемп в Киеве. Это было 2 удивительных дня, полных энергии, радости и счастья!
Я вернулась в Одессу и на этих выходных мы дарим радость своему телу и духу с практикой Глубинное Касание: 3 дня подряд(17-19 ноября) у нас будет проходить обучающий интенсив по Глубинному Касанию 1 уровня.
Практика Глубинного Касания позволят с помощью простых приемов работы со своим телом и телом партнера развить свою систему внимания, научиться управлять своей энергией, развить своего наблюдателя, а значит научиться быть осознанным каждое мгновение жизни.
Практика позволяет научиться попадать в медитативное состояние и дает приемы для ежедневной медитации, которую можно делать практически где угодно и когда угодно. Приходите познавать себя вместе с нами! 🙂
