Подошёл к завершению очередной марафон Динамической медитации Ошо.
Что было со мной за эту неделю?
Как сказала одна из участниц:
“Еб..ш..т не по-детски”.
Так вот меня прям очень сильно.
Трансформация это я вам скажу не всегда бабочки-цветочки.
У всех, конечно, все по-разному, кому-то эйфория, а у кого-то – где тонко – там и рвется.
Поняла, что последние полгода пребывала в иллюзии.
Это когда есть рана, а ты ее тряпочкой прикрыл и радуешься, что все хорошо, а она там продолжает гнить.
Чем раньше проснешься – есть шанс начать лечить, а не хоронить, когда уже ничего нельзя сделать.
В общем, в этот раз марафон для меня про вовремя снятые розовые очки.
Про боль от встречи с собой.
По смелость и честность увидеть себя.
По-моему, это прекрасный душ Шарко – для ума, тела и духа.
И радует, что после такого опыта у группы есть желание повторить.
⏩Так что, если не боитесь встретиться с собой – можно уже записываться на марафон на август.
