На сегодняшний день относительно медитации проведено много исследований, доказывающих ее эффективность, написано много статей и проверено на собственном опыте.
Начиная от положительного влияния на здоровье и психологическое состояние, заканчивая развитием осознанности и духовным ростом.
И хотя в последние годы, под влиянием запада, медитация превратилась в форму без содержания(удалив, как многие из них говорят “всякую духовную шелуху”, сведя все нравственные принципы до простой терапии), впрочем, как в свое время поступили и с йогой, но уже тот факт, что человек начнет хотя бы с чего-то, наверное, должен радовать)))
В ближайшее время буду знакомить вас с медитациями, которые практикую я.
Продолжение следует, не переключайте канал и медитируйте, для начала хотя бы для психологического здоровья
