Меня часто спрашивают о том, с чего начинать новичкам в медитации/как начать медитировать/что можно об этом почитать и т.д.

Читать тут ничего не нужно, нужно найти человека, который практикует, прийти на занятие и, прослушав инструкцию, взять и сделать технику. А потом ещё раз. И ещё 358 тысяч раз 😆😆😆
Все просто.
Не буду здесь долго разлагольствовать про то, что медитацию не делают, а она случается и т.д и т.п., а то запутаю вас. Просто знайте, чтоб медитация случилась, есть специальные техники: делай раз, делай два, делай три иииии будет тебе счастье))) Все остальное зависит только от регулярности практикования(собственно, как и во всем в жизни) и твоего намерения.
👍В свете вышеизложенного решила начать знакомить вас с разными медитативными техниками и организовать РЕГУЛЯРНУЮ ПРАКТИКУ ОНЛАЙН по выходным. Нет, не так: не знакомить, а практиковать медитацию в кругу тех, кто хочет научиться или углубиться и сделать свою практику медитации регулярной.🧘
💫Участие БЕЗОПЛАТНОЕ, занятия будут проходить ОНЛАЙН по субботам и воскресеньям в 10.00, длительностью 30 минут.
